How It Works

Selling your home with our FSBO program gives you access to powerful tools and MLS exposure without paying full commission but it’s important to know this is a self-managed sale on. We will help you on the back end to get your property the exposure it needs!

Here’s what to expect:

Choose Your Package

Select the flat-fee FSBO package that best fits your needs and goals. Each package includes different marketing tools and levels of visibility to help your property stand out.

Make Your Payment

Secure your package by submitting your payment online.

Sign the Exclusive Listing Agreement

After payment, you’ll sign an Exclusive Listing Agreement as a customer (not a client). This allows us to list your property in the local MLS and market it to real estate agents in your area who may have a buyer.

⚠️ Please note: You are not being represented by our brokerage. We do not assist with showings, negotiations, contracts, or closing coordination. Our role is strictly to support your listing exposure.

We Schedule Your MLS Listing + Photos

Once your agreement is signed, we’ll begin scheduling professional photos (if included in your package) and send you any additional documents required to activate your listing.

Start Marketing Your Home

Once everything is complete, your property will go live on the MLS. Interested buyers and agents will contact you directly and you take it from there.
